Function Description
Converts an (unsigned) integer to a string representing the
number with a given radix between 2 and 36, consecutive digits being
represented by the characters 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F,
G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y up to (for radix = 36)
Z. Similar to Excel’s BASE function.
