MatLUIndexAndPerm

Returns an array of  elements giving the LU index and the permutation sign of a  matrix applicable to the LU decomposition returned by MnMatLUDecomposition. The algorithm used is as per Press et al. (2007) with the first  elements of the output being the index array and the ’th element being the permutation sign (relevant for calculating the matrix determinant).
