Carries out a bit-wise AND of two numbers in string binary form, i.e.: for each corresponding digit separately carry out the following::

 

0 AND 0 = 0

0 AND 1 = 0

1 AND 0 = 0

1 AND 1 = 1

 

Similar to Microsoft Excel’s BITAND function.
