HTML Element: <body>

The HTML <body> element identifies the body
of the document and contains all the visible contents of the document, such as
text, hyperlinks, tables and images etc.
The attributes
it can take are HTML
global attributes and HTML event attributes.
It used to support the alink, background,
bgcolor, link, text
and vlink attributes, but these
are no longer supported in HTML 5.

DOM properties and methods. The default style applicable to this element is
shown here.
