Finance Functions

The Nematrian function library includes a range of tools that
mimic finance orientated functions available in typical spreadsheet systems,
e.g. DDB(), FV(), IPmt(), IRR(), MIRR(), NPer(), NPV(), Pmt(), PPmt(), PV(),
Rate(), SLN() and SYD().
