Corporate Governance Code

The UK Combined Code on Corporate Governance, now called the
UK Corporate Governance Code is a set of principles of good corporate
governance. It provides a code of best practice aimed at companies listed on
the London Stock Exchange. It is overseen by the (UK’s) Financial Reporting
Council. Its importance derives from the (UK’s) Listing Rules.
