Foreward (partial) "Ten years on from the start of the global financial crisis, the Group of Thirty (G30) constituted a working group to assess the emergency mechanisms and authorities available to deal with future financial crises. The study asks whether changes to the mechanisms and authorities after the global financial crisis have made the major economies safer and more able to address future crises. This report continues the G30’s long tradition of identifying issues of systemic importance, asking hard questions, and providing considered and actionable advice to the global financial and supervisory community."
