PFDecrementTable

Function Description
Returns an array that contains a decrement table in a
defined format relevant to (pension fund) projection purposes.
The pension fund members for this purpose are assumed to be
subdivided between various different statuses (e.g. ‘active’, ‘deferred,
‘pensioner’, ‘beneficiary’, ‘left/dead’ etc.) and also subdivided by age. The
aim of the decrement table is to characterise the proportion of scheme members
(or to be more precise the proportion of a given type of benefit attributable
to these scheme members) moving between different categories as a function of
age at outset and time from now to date at which their membership status is to
be projected. See PFDecrementTableHelp
for further details.
