HTML Standard attribute: formenctype

The HTML formenctype attribute indicates how
form-data should be encoded before sending it to a server. It applies to <button> and <input>
elements and then only for type = submit
or type = image. It overrides
the enctype
attribute of the <form>
element containing the element.
Valid attribute
values (when used with <button> and <input>
elements include:
